Courtney Conlan

Courtney is a Dubuque native with a love for the historic downtown area. She brought her big-city vision to the heart of the area and opened Fringe. She graduated from Capri in 2000, and taught there for about 5 years while building her career behind the chair.

Courtney strives to educate her clients how to style and wear their looks. She creates looks that flow with her clients personalities and needs. She specializes in colors, cutting, styling, and bridal services.

Kerri Reis

Kerri is a Dubuque native who graduated from Capri. She deeply loves her two children and her husband.

Kerri is equally adept at men's and women's haircuts and can personalize a style or emulate a photograph. She loves interacting with her clients. Designing the perfect look for her clients is what motivates Kerri.

Steph Perry

As a young stylist in the cosmetology industry, Steph Perry keeps her clients up to date on trends and modern looks for each season. Her services include everything from color services to makeup applications to spa services. She values confidence, not only in yourself, but in your look.

Jen Gratz

Jen is a native of Cuba City, Wisconsin. Shortly after graduating high school, she started at Capri College, a dream she has had since she was a little girl.

In October of 2008 Jen and 4 other girls won a fantasy hair competition in Waterloo that tested her skills against many other skilled stylists.

While searching for a salon with that "downtown feel," she stumbled across Fringe Salon. Here she has room to grow and learn as a stylist.

Jen specializes in cuts in colors, but also does perms, special occasion styles, waxing services, and a variety of spa services.

Tammy Theill

Tammy is a 9-year veteran of the cosmetology industry that considers coloring to be her specialty.

She received extensive education of Aveda in Minneapolis, and has received hands-on education with Charlie Price.

Tammy is well known in the salon for her welcoming smile and is very fashionable.
