Salon Policies
Cancellation - Appointment/Consulation
- All Clients are required to have a credit card on file to schedule an appointment with any Stylist/Independent Contractor at Fringe Salon.
- We require a 12 hour notice of cancellation or alteration to appointments.
- If a client fails to cancel or reschedule before the 12-hour window, the client is subject to a charge of 50% of the services scheduled on their card on file. If you have more than 2 occurrences, you will be charged 100% of the services missed and may no longer pre-book appointments.
- Consultation cancellation will result in a $25 fee on their card if the cancellation occurs in the 12-hour window.
Late Arrival
If you arrive late to your appointment, we have the right to reschedule or decrease the services of the appointment.
Children
We ask that you and your children are mindful of the tools, stylists, products and furniture in the salon. If any damages occur, you may be held responsible.
Notice of New Services and Changes
Occasionally we may also use the information we collect to notify you about important changes to our website, new services and special offers we think you will find valuable.
